Iām a passionate bioinformatics scientist using technology to improve human health. Previously a practicing pathologist and internal medicine physician. My work focuses on transforming complex genomic data into actionable insights and meaningful stories through analysis, visualization, and human interactions.

- Genomics: Analysing and interpreting diverse genomic datasets, including genome/exome/targeted DNA sequencing, transcriptomics and epigenomics.
- Bioinformatics: Leveraging bioinformatics pipelines, computational tools and databases for comprehensive genomic data analysis and interpretation.
- Biomedical Data Science: Employing data science methodologies to uncover patterns and extract meaningful insights from large-scale, complex biomedical datasets.
- Machine Learning: Applying and optimizing machine learning models to genomic and biomedical data to advance disease prediction, diagnostics and personalized medicine.
- Biostatistics: Utilizing biostatistical methods for study design, hypothesis testing and rigourous statistical data analysis to uncover the biological insights.
- Data Visualization: Creating compelling visualizations to effectively communicate complex genomic data and insights to diverse audiences.

Complex biomedical and heterogeneity of genomic data carry important stories that can drive progress in healthcare. My work focus on translating this intricate information into meaningful actionable insights and practical health solutions through careful analysis, clear and engaging visualization, and collaborative partnerships.
